The Youth Volunteer Program (YVP) runs during the summer from the beginning of July until the end of the third week in August. YVP is also involved in a number of year-round activities on weekends and during school breaks. If you are interested in joining the program, please contact us for more information and an application package or fill out the application form below.
Those students wishing to donate their time to non-profit organization can check out the following list of agencies. Student that require service hours for the Christian Ethics initiative in the Greater Saskatoon School Division or towards service hours for classes in other divisions, are encourage to contact the same list of agencies.

Cosmopolitan Industries offers individuals with cognitive disabilities an opportunity to work. We help the different work divisions on their fun days. In the past we have helped out in the Seniors and Learning Centers.
Mount Royal Mennonite Church
The Good Food Box is a project that exists in conjunction with the Children's Hunger and Education Program. It is an alternative community based food distribution system that provides a variety of quality food at an affordable price for families and individuals. We will be helping to clean and sanitize the returnable plastic containers that the food comes in as wekk as packing the boxes with food.
1011 University Drive
The Ronald McDonald House provides a home away from home for out of town families who have children seeking medical attention for an extended period of time. We will be helping this facility by cleaning and house-keeping where needed.
202 Avenue C South
We will be helping at the Saskatoon Food Bank where needed, sorting food to put into hampers or into the store for sale.
310 Idylwyld Drive North
Meals on Wheels is a program administered by the Saskatoon Health District. Well-balanced and nutritious meals are made and delivered at the lowest possible cost to recipients. We will be retrieving the meals from the hospital and delivering them throughout the city.
FolkFest is an annual multicultural festival comprised for 25 ethnic pavilions located throughout the city. The festival runs from August 16th to 18th. We will be helping various pavilions set up, decorate and make food. The times and locations have yet to be determined.
2800 Block 18th Street West
H4H brings families and communities in need together with volunteers and resources to build decent, affordable housing. We will be doing painting, landscaping and building fences. Volunteers must be 15 years of age or older. Please wear old clothes and closed toed shoes.
