History

Child & Youth Friendly Saskatoon, under the name Child Friendly Saskatoon, began as an initiative of Saskatoon Communities for Children. It has been working since 1997 to give emphasis and priority to the value of children and youth in our community by promoting an ethic of child-friendliness in the community. It is a non-profit organization that seeks to improve the quality of life for all children and youth by raising the level of awareness of the benefits of a child and youth friendly city among members of the Community of Saskatoon and district.
